Yes you can by emailing us at creative.manal@gmail.com. If your order has not yet started I will provide you with a full refund. However if I have already started your order, I will send you a progress picture, complete the full order and send it to you. In this case, you will not be refunded.

All artwork will be delivered as a digital PDF/JPEG/PNG Format File. If you'd like physical artwork delivery, please email me the details such as size, message, contact number, shipping address etc and I will send you a quote. You will have an option to choose between mail / electronic delivery while placing your order. If you choose mail - shipping charges will be added to the price. Electronic delivery is free.

I ship via USPS for orders within the USA and use DHL or other carriers occaisionally for international orders. All orders are shipped from Jersey City, NJ; USA. I ship via the cheapest option generally, however if the expedited shipping option is chosen, I ship according to the chosen option.
